Try to imagine yourself melting in to a well loved beach towel on a sunny Southern Spain beach, it's late in the afternoon at the end of the summer. The fire is out of the Sun but it's still hot and you've got a gentle sea breeze brushing over - you like an angels whisper. Imagine at the same time a giant bag of ripe tangerines purchased that afternoon from the local market - locally grown of course. Here lad try one of these babies comes to mind. sweet as honey and distinctively tangerine not satsuma or clementines mind you. If only I could have a creme brulee to cream it up a bit - ooh la la - thar she blows!
